I don't own any eldar as of yet but I am starting to see how I want to build my list. I originally had Farseers but Autarchs seem to benefit Mechdar more.

My only thing that must stay is the Scorpions...I like them too much not to have them.

You've gotten good advice in your last few threads, and there isn't really anything new that players can contribute. Look through your other threads, and proxy at a shop or something if you still have questions. I'll just do a quick rundown of things you should improve

1) You do want a farseer just for runes of warding. Guide will help your falcons anyway.

2) Fusion guns suck on storm guardians because bs 3 isn't very reliable. Give them flamers and buy the destructor lock. You don't want to be rolling to hit with bs3, and flamers are awesome for that.

I agree that you should put a warlock with your storm guardians, but you should give them enhance or conceal. That way they are better in combat or last longer. I can see either way with the flamer or the fusion gun. Every now an then something might come up for the fusion gun but you will definitely use the flamer more often.

Idk why people like DAVU falcons. Its a big points drop for a super ineffective unit. But i've seen alot of people advocate for it so if you like it keep it.

I recommend dropping the DAVU falcons and the striking scorpion wave serpent as they should be infiltrating and dropping the war walkers for 2 x 9 dire avengers in Waveserpents with TL shuricannons and SS and 2 x fireprism. IMO that's much more effective and leaves you with the same amount of troops.

You don't need as much tank killing power as you have 2 x fire dragons

Its definately a good list imo!
I would change the fusions on the stormies to flamers though.

And yes do consider changing one autarch to farseer w/ runes of warding + guide.

You should try out both builds and see whats best.
Im gonna play with 3-4 players tomorrow evening+night, and im gonna use a fairly similar (though different, lol) mechdar list, and ive also been on the fence about 2x autarch or autarch+farseer, both has its merits i feel. Have been doing ok earlier with 2xautarch builds. I'll post my army, for critique, so you can check that out, if you like

Your list seems to be very geared towards killing vehicles, and imo overlooking effective troop killing.
Changing the storm guardians fusion guns to flamers and adding a destructor lock would start to go a ways towards fixing that.
Also while the +1 to reverse rolls is nice, by not taking a farseer you're leaving out a lot of the abilities that make eldar effective - doom, guide, runes of warding.

I guess what I really want to know is if my WS loadouts seem appropriate given what's inside.

Assume I have the flamers and Farseer...I am being persuaded...

Rather then starting up new threads please continue a single one unless there is radical changes to your list or direction. Otherwise you are just going to get the same info over and over.

I think it's to have 2 scoring units that are really hard to kill. The falcon shoots most of the game but then toward the end they speed off to claim objectives.

40k: Draigowing, Nurgle DG, Space Wolves, Eldar, Demons
