I painted this up for one of my good friends, its really my first Necron model. I'm pretty proud of it. Tell me what you think.

Can you get a pic not against a red wall? It might make it easier to see the model.

For under an hour spent it turned out quite alright.
However it does show that not much effort was put into painting it.

If you want to paint something in under an hour, you can still select techniques lending themselves well to such an undertaking.
In your case: Spray white, then either wash (if he's supposed to have a white body) slightly with badab black, drybrush white. Then aim for the toga and spray black for a poor mans airbrush-blend-effect. Touch up with black where there are still white spots.
Proceed to drybrush in a colour of your choosing.
That could look good.
What you posted is 3 colours slapped on - it does not look good at all. In fact, I don't quite understand how people can encourage you with positive comments... :-/
