I was browsing the web months ago and I saw some interesting back banner bits. I know one of the more well-known bits companies is producing them but I'm not sure which one. Does anyone know where these 28mm scale back banners can be found? Thanks for your help guys!

Have you considered scratch-building these? It seems simple enough, and most of the draw will be in the paint job, not the construction. Just sayin, should be feasible. Get you some green stuff, some thin plastic and some thin dowel rods and throw down.
