Good work SRM, Iron Warriors are always a really nice looking army scheme. The warriors look great, especially the chevrons on the Powerfist! I do feel like the Rhino could use some more detail, something like some extra chevrons, freehanding, etc. Otherwise, beautiful group of models, I'm off to look at the rest of your stuff!

Thanks! Caution stripes on power fists are something I've loved since the 1st edition Space Hulk box art, and I'm really happy I'm a good enough painter to make them work now!

I've thought about doing some of the black fields with caution stripes, but unfortunately I don't have masking tape small enough for that. I've tried in the past and got a horrible mishmash of paint that doesn't look so hot, since I wasn't quite as good of a painter. It would take a steady hand for sure!

Anyway, glad you like em, and I hope you like the rest too!

Your work looks great. The yellow and black patterns are very clean and well done. Ive always had an affinity towards the iron warriors.

Great models, are you doing a one off squad or are you going to do a whole army like this? If you do a whole army and I see it, I will die happy!

On a serious note, I love the yellow, how did you get it like that? Also, would you consider doing a tutorial for your paint scheme? I'm not an iron warriors guy but I'm sure other people will really like it.

I'm almost done with about 1800 points of em! The army as I see it now will be 3 squads of Marines in rhinos, one squad of berserkers in a rhino, 3 vindicators, 5 terminators, a warsmith, a terminator lord, and maybe some lesser daemons converted up as techno-thralls. So far I've got all three squads and almost all three rhinos for the regular Marines, two of the vindicators, the Terminators, HQs, and I've built the berserker rhino. When it's all done I'll put up a nice big showcase thread. If you want to see them in action check out my battle reports!

I might do a tutorial; it's incredibly easy for the most part, while looking pretty good. The only problem I've had is putting the minis together, since there's so much pinning involved. Getting a nice yellow on the flat panels of vehicles is a nightmare though.

Looks great. I cant help but feel the Rhino needs more hazard stripes though, to better break up the large areas of metal.

These look great man. The weathering on the Rhino is just fantastic. The Iron Warriors also look very old and weather worn just how Chaos Marines should look!
