Is it just me or do wayland games and maelstrom not stock eldar metal models? I looked everywhere one their site and i couldn't find howling banshees, fire dragons, etc. Only stupid finecast...

Ebay has become your only hope here I think. Gw stopped shipping the metals to the distibuters so that finecast will be the new norm :(

As I understand it they stopped sending metal to non GW stockists months ago, just unavailable.

Also I believe that as they run out of stocks of metal they are then casting up finecast versions, a sort of rolling process to ease into the new material.

So in short you can get them off e-bay with a bit of luck! Otherwise Finecast it is!

They can't sell things to you if GW does not make or distribute them in the first place.

All metal models are mail order only and available at the GW mail order shop. Some stores can extra order mail order items. I guess big internet stores don't have that privilege.

So i guess i'll have to wait until they make it in finecast

. I live in Australia where everything GW sells is ridiculously priced, so no directly ordering from them is not an option.

Ebay, maybe ask around in the swap shop forum?
