Are there any official artwork available for these guys? I've always wondered what they looked like since reading novels that included them in the storyline although each book seems to portray them differently

Nothing official to my knowledge. They're described as being dudes with heavy cybernetic implants in red robes/hoods armed with lasguns (in Titanicus/Dark Apostle I believe).

In soulhunter they're portrayed as heavily modified humans i.e. tank tracks;multiple weapon arms;heavy weapon attachments. but in titanicus they're described more like african tribal warriors or i.e. colored feathers/brightly colored armors with fur(not sure if i got right since i remember this from the part where the main skitarii army went out to fight)
