This is my starting 15pt list for Cygnar, I am not sure if I should switch the mages for rangers, or trenchers.

For my 25pt list I am planning on adding the mage UA, and Reinholdt. I am not sure if I should add another Defender, a Cyclone, or a Stormclad.

Well going to 25 you will want Reinholt and the Squire for starters. If you plan on adding the UA then you may want a 2nd hunter (you don't have to marshal if you don't want to). I wouldn't add another jack to her battle group till 35 as Sloan can't really handle more than 2 jacks without the squire (although 3 isn't a bad number.

I would really look to add more infantry to the list, something with close combat potential as you will find out quickly you get 1-2 turns of good shooting before combat heavy armies walk right through you.

I second what Casper said and would add swordknights to the list as the melee unit at 25 points. They would act as object grabbers and distraction to your opponent while the ranged element of your force goes to work.
