I am kinda tired reading about the same ol marines and imperial guard. Are there any books or comics, or anything written frome the perpective of the aliens, whether it be orks(perferably), eldar, tau or anyhting of the like?

Deff Skwadron is an absolutely fantastic comic collection, and about Ork fighter pilots. It's out of print, but if you're creative you can find scans of it online instead of paying stupid amounts of money on eBay.
