Mawloc "Terror from the Deep attack" against vehicles.
Every vehicles under the large blast template suffers a Str6+D6 attack or Str6+2D6 attack on the rear armour?

Only 1D6. It's not an Ordnance blast, it's just a special attack that uses the large Blast marker.

If you had to define it, it would be "shooting" so only 1D6

You don't have to define it. It's not defined as Ordnance, or indeed as any sort of ranged attack, nor for that matter as any sort of close combat attack.

It is a specific event that happens when the Mawloc Deep Strikes onto an enemy. As such, it follows the rules exactly as written in the Mawloc's entry.

Alright but I'm fairly certain the OP is asking 1d6 vs 2d6 based on the fact MC's get 2d6 in CC, whilst if this was a CC attack it wouldnt need to have an AP

The same applies. It's not defined as a close combat attack, so it isn't.

It's not even defined as an attack made by the Mawloc. It's just something that happens before the Mawloc appears.

All over

It is a shooting attack it has an AP value. Bu it doesn't happen in the shooting phase. So yes by raw 1d6. The way I wish it was 10d6 haha

This is still incorrect.
insaniak has it spot on.

Here's the skinny on it, for all intents and purposes use/treat it as a shooting attack. Than wherever you had thought/said/wrote shooting go back and erase that time and bam there it is.

Yes 1D6 pen + STR6

Remember that the Mawloc hits on rear armor though

Both players should be using the least durable units possible, with the house rule that all players remove an article of clothing every time you lose a unit, and take a drink every time you kill one of your opponent's units.
I have no idea which army will be triumphant, but I can assure you that everyone wins.
