What do you guys think of the sport? Over here it doesn't have much of a following and a lot of my mates seem to think it is quite a sport. One of my dreams is to go see an NHL game before I die, still love my local team though. Come on you Jets!
Bruins fan till the end.
Never assume anything, it will only make an ass of you and me.
There are some who walk until their legs fail them and they fall to the ground. I find that respectable.
Then there are those who drag themselves further. I find that admirable.
For me, in the NHL my team is the Calgary Flames, but my home team is where my heart is. For those who want to see the level of games here in the UK here is my teams last home game.
I follow the San Jose sharks(myself being from the bay area), but they have failed me so many times in the finals....
I'm more of a 49ers(football) and Giants(baseball) fan, but I still like my Sharks.
Its what we do best. We die standing

My Sunday morning ritual is to sit down to a nice breakfast and watch Hockey Night in Canada from about 7 am to noon. Unfortunately, for the last three years, the teams I follow have been really crappy. Seriously, who would cut Theo Fleury for Craig 'Elmer Fudd' Conroy?!! Anyway, that was last year. I'm pretty stoked for the season to start despite bananas and Avery being called a 'limp-wristed effeminate dandy"

Have you seen a game of shinty, screw skating on ice like a bunch of pansys and lets play on a really long pitch where smashing the ball with our sticks above our heads is practically mandatory.
Currently debating whether to study for my exams or paint some Deathwing

The only sport I enjoy more than hockey (both playing and watching) is lacrosse.
I like watching college girls play lacrosse, too.
At least it's enjoyable right until they find me with the binoculars and beat me up.

My sons attend one of the Tim Thomas hockey camps this summer and I got a chance to chat wth Tim's personal assistant wh also had his mask and blocker with him.
I got a chance to try it on, it smelled like victory...
