How is their quality control with these? I don't want to blow a wad and half to deal with bending items or getting replacements.

The same as it is with anything from Forgeworld. If you have a problem, they'll send you new ones at no extra charge.

I've gotten 2 models from them so far and they've been excellent

My Quartermaster (see avatar/sig) was missing a foot, but I was able to graft one on from the injured kriegsman easily enough. Otherwise, it's been mostly great.
