Staying on target.....

The plague squads really want rhinos especially with melta guns, PM's being as expensive as they are, finding the points shouldnt be too hard to achieve without losing too much potential in the squads.

Also at 750, I'd say no typhus, he's using up a third of your points and he is C&C only or short range psyker, go for either a very cheap lord or a nurgle daemon prince (possibly with warptime) and maybe fit in an obliterator or two? Only cos you dont have Typhus doesnt mean it can't be death guard fluffy, you can make your own fluff

So plague marine in rhinos to get up close, do I want to charge them into combat or get them nice n close for rapid fire / meltas.
Also stupid question with Obliterators can I chose which weapon they shoot or do they cycle through. Are obliterators better than a demolisher

In regards to Oblits, yes you can choose, and yes they are generally the preferred heavy choice due to that flexibility.

As for PMs meltas and Rhinos are a must, IMO so are champs with PFs but some will argue, I like the flexibility. You can probably take a squad with plasma guns and no champ for camping an objective.

Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd

Staying on target.....

The only thing I'd change now is drop a PM in one of the squads and give each of the squads another melta gun

I would recommend maybe changing the 2 Obliderators for a Defiler. In smaller 750p matches a horde mob like ork boys, genstealers and the like gain a terrific advantage and having a Defiler with his Large Blast and possibliy survivability if charged can change the outcome of the match.
And a Defiler can really be "Nurlgefied" to really become a great part of your Nurgle army.
