The title is pretty self explanatory, but I was wondering if the Blood Angels have access to a master of the forge, since its stated in the SM codex, that a Master of the Forge that he's basically head tech priest for a chapter. I recently ran a vanilla SM drop pod army with Master of the Forge and I did pretty well (it was my first game). and I was hoping I could field six blood raven furiosos.

No, probably because the adeptus mechanicus don't like the BA that much. They might train techmarines but probably not give them 'advanced' training.
