If a model (tank/bike/etc) with the "Scouts" USR uses their fast movement ability Flat out or Turboboost - does either get the coversave on the first turn?

I remember reading a while back that one type of fast movement gets you a cover-save whilst the other doesn't. Or do neither? Or both?

Could anyone shed some light on this

Bikes would turbo boost and recieve their save
Fast skimmers would move flat out and recieve theirs
Tanks on the other hand have no save for flat out as far as I'm aware

Tank/Vehicles cannot go flat-out, only move at "cruising speed". A fast vehicle can move at "Flat Out" speed (18") whilst a fast skimmer can do this - travel 6" further and get a 4+ cover save. To clarify.

Gotcha - Page 7, top right I see the allowance for models with the "Turbo-Boost" USR. Nothing for Fast Skimmers?
Edit: Ahh - Its an inclusive answer, using the bikes as an example but it can also apply to Fast Skimmers, by the wording it has used. Cheers

To Clarify, Some tanks are fast vehicles as well and are capable of Flat out movement. However only skimmers that move flat out receive the 4+ cover save for moving >12 inches.

flat out is anything more than cruising speed. Over 12 inches and up to 18 inches for fast tanks, and up to 24 inches for fast skimmers.
