I have:
Paints:
Primer Spray
All citadel paints I need to make Blood Ravens except Sgt faces and the blue Librarian armour
Brushes:
Basecoat
Fine Detail
Super Fine Detail
Wash
Glue:
Plastic Glue
Plastic Clippers
Pallette
Anything else you suggest I get? I can easily use things around the house to hold water and such, no need to buy official citadel vesions.
I got a few of my models this morning (from ebay off the sprues) and realised they have mold lines and such, is there an easy way to remove these?

I just use my hobby knife, to remove mold lines.
And maybe go outside in your garden/whatever and grab some sand/gravel for your bases - it really adds a lot to the minis to slap something on the bases. (just throw PVA glue on there, and poor on some sand/gravel, and paint it when its dry)

Hope you also got some glue, or else your enthusiasm will only take you so far ;-)
Other than that, the list looks quite complete. Maybe a hobby-knife or a file to get rid of mold-lines.
Welcome to the Hobby and to Dakka!

I got some super-cheap corkboard at my local Hobby Lobby and ripped it up for my basings - when you mangle it with a knife it looks like sheets of sandstone for a desert-themed base or you can give it grey for shale/granite rocks too.
Advice for the future though: I don't buy many things from GW direct, I get my brushes/knives/clipper/the majority of my paints from Hobby Lobby because it's much cheaper. But I do still buy washes from GW - they work well and are relatively cheap if you buy in bulk. I'm sure most people here on Dakka will say similar things about buying brushes and hobby tools. Know what things to buy cheap and which things to pay more for.
