So i'm trying to make some shields from plasticard. i can cut the shapes but can i get the curves?
i was wondering if you can heat and mould it around say a large glass or something? or just in general? has anyone had any experience in this?

With heat you can make it any shape. Think storm trooper armor. Cold it will snap after a certain amount but yes you can certainly bend it. Metal for sale signs are a really good option too.

You can heat thin plasticard in boling water for a few minutes to soften it, bend it around some appropriate shape, hold it in place with rubber bands or whatever, and when it cools it should retain the curve. But experiment first - this can be difficult to do right.
