Quick question.
Using a Chimera as a command vehicle for my HQ. I can issue orders while inside it. Since the Chimera is considered a command vehicle, can I re-roll failed orders as if I had a Vox in the unit or do I need to have a Vox?

The Chimera isn't a Vox, it just lets you issue commands from it even if you can't normally do so.

No, however you're allowed to issue orders while embarked unlike other vehicles.

You can issue orders to other units, but not yourself as you are inside a vehicle. Command vehicle simply allows you to issue the orders while embarked, something you are normally prohibited from doing
