Subject: Eldar Pheonix Lords - What rules do they give to their squads?

So, my friend and I are talking it over, and we would love the weigh in of the Dakka community -
When looking over the Phoenix Lords entry of the Eldar Codex it gives them their perspective Aspect Exarch rules. When you look on Pg. 61 of the Eldar dex, under the Phoenix Lord entry, you'll see the various Phoenix Lords. Under each PL's special rules you'll note that after each of their Disciples (Aspect Warrior) entry is where those exarch powers are located. However, note that each phoenix lord has a third ability alongside the 2 exarch abilities. (Jain Zar - Furious Charge; Karandras - Stealth; Fuegan - Feel No Pain; etc)
The question: Does the Phoenix Lord grant that third ability to his Aspect Warriors if he is joined to them, as though they were exarch powers?

Karandras - yes, it says that in parenthesis next to his Stealth rule. As for the others, no.

A better question is can phoenix lords use both powers in the same turn as the powers only says that the Exarch can only use one a turn with no limitation on phoenix lords .

The abilities that are conferred onto the squad are specifically stated in the PL's entry. If it doesn't say it is, it isn't.
The only exarch powers that say they can't be used at the same time is the Dark Reaper Exarchs, everything else is be used at the same time.
RAW Maugan can use both his powers.

He's asking about the third "power" that each of the lords have.
Maugan - acute senses
Karandras - stealth
Jain Zar - furious charge
Fuegan - feel no pain
Asurmen - 4++
Baharroth - not sure, but something stupid probably
Only Karandras' says that it is conferred over to the rest of the scorpion squad he is attached to. No, your whole squad of banshees don't get furious charge, and no, your squad of fire dragons don't get FnP. Good try though

Correct that is what I was referring to as well. Only Karandras and Baharroth state that they confer it to their unit, therefor they are the only ones that do

Maybe I'm missing it, but where does it say you can only use 1 Exarch power per turn? IIRC, only Fast Shot states you cannot use something else, specifically Crack Shot.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
