I am looking for some company's offering 20mm sculpts for modern conflicts. I have found RH models and Elheim, but what else is there? Especially for technicals and their gun mounts. This is for Force on force.

Elhiem should be your first port of call.

I did all the photos in the F-on-F books (and wrote Ambush Valley due out this month!) and they look superb.

There is also S&S Models.

What forces are you looking for as others do different things.

For example Mutineer Miniatures are about to release a load of African rebel technical crews.

Im interested in doing a regular force (not necessarily american or british) a small contractor group and group of insurgents. So far im more interested in the regulars vs irregular battles.

I must admit im really interested in contractors roles in modern conflicts atm so ill be looking more towards Iraq and Afghanistan currently researching other conflicts w/ a larger contractor presence.
