What codex are we talking here?

Edit: If the entry for terminator armor says "...model has relentless USR" then your answer can be found in the BRB on page 76.
The CSM terminator armor says something slightly different, but does allow firing of heavy/rapid fire weapons and then assaults.

If the terminator armour in question grants the Relentless or Slow and Purposeful special rules, yes. Check how your Codex defines terminator armour.

I thought CSM can't assault after firing? it only allows them to move and fire heavy weapons. Which unlike the relentless USR, which counts you as always standing, disallows assaults.

You think incorrectly. The only thing they dont get is the ability to count as stationary for rapid fire weapons.

Okay looked it up; they gave them all the rules of relentless without the USR. Classic made for 5th move

Nope, they didnt quite give them all. Reread, and note that nothing makes them count as stationary when firing rapid fire weapons

Terminator Armour grants relentless, without actually giving the rule . . . IN ALL CASES!

Wrong. You should perhaps read the chaos codex sometime.

No you should read it again. "Models in terminator armor are capable of moving and firing heavy weapons and may assault after firing rapid fire and heavy weapons" They just don't count as standing so I guess bolters can still only fire 12 after moving.

TheDuke - erm, who was that aimed at? Given I'd already said they dont count as stationary for firing rapidfire weapons, theres nothing i really need to read again...

Theduke was ignoring that they do not Fire Rapid fire weapons on the move as if stationary(but seeing that they do account for rapid fire shooting then assaulting).

The duke, re-read the passage you quoted, and notice the distinct lack of "Rapid Fire" in the "moving and firing" portion(it only says "heavy weapons").

This is my Rulebook. There are many Like it, but this one is mine. Without me, my rulebook is useless. Without my rulebook, I am useless.
Stop looking for buzz words and start reading the whole sentences.
