People talk about synergy, and I feel this list lacks it. At the end of the day your advancing on your opponent with two Chimeras and two AC LRBTs. Single Vendetta makes target choice on vehicles pretty easy... Vendetta first, then Chimeras, then tanks.
It looks like you want to do mech, but you have non-mech units and units that are bloated on points. On a objective game, who is hanging back holding your home objective? If it is Harker, your wasting his Infiltrate ability. I have said this before... if you want to do mech, you have to /do/ mech.
You have alot of extra weapons on those tanks and a ton of doctrines on those Vets... that could be another vet squad with those points. The one vet squad that probably needs Demolitions is Harker and he doesn't have it. I also like giving his squad Plasma guns and infiltrating them into cover for 3+ cover saves (and 'Get's Hot!' saves). I also give them a HB and use them as a anti-infantry squad. Since you seem to be going in that direction this may appeal to you.
I like the CCS besides the sniper rifle, but it feels weird in a mech list. The Sniper rifle doesn't mesh with the LC or the MoO because they all have to shoot at the same unit. It also feels like a waste of Order potential.

This list looks really nice. I am concerned about the manticore though. Such light armor. Would taking a 3rd LRBT and giving a heavy bolter to the plasma squad be a good alternative? Indeed you can.
The Plasma Vets already have a Lascannon, so you would be unable to add a 2nd HW to the unit. I made them that way so you could issue Orders to the CCS and the Plasma Vets (if you put them within 12" of each other).
I guess I would rather make a 4th Melta/chimera/vet squad over a 3rd LRBT and give the CCS a plasma pistol or the CCS and the Plasma Vets melta bombs. Automatically Appended Next Post: Pg 31, BRB
'For each result of a 1 rolled on it's to hit roll, the firing model suffers a wound (normal saves apply).'
It is the 'normal saves apply' part. I know it makes no real sense besides the guy drops it quick in a puddle or something, but if he can qualify for a cover save he can take it as his save check.

Too many points into veteran squad upgrades, dropping them would give you some more vehicles.
Dropping those and the upgrades on the Demolisher should give you another Russ.

The Manticore is good and light armor is not really an issue because you would keep it out of LOS from enemy fire. In a case where there is no LOS blocking cover you could use the LRBT as cover, you could hide behind an LRBT and fire from behind.

Doctrines on a mech vet squad is not really worthwhile.
If you're putting vets in the vendetta then the vlakyrie is often a better choice as it moves/shoots better.
Vet snipers seems such a waste. if you really want snipers then get some Ratlings ...
Demolisher is too short ranged for this list. You want your big guns shooting from T1. At ver 200 points it's also pretty pricey for a 1250 game.
