I came across a gallery comment with some innapropriate language, but I don't know how to report it, as there isn't a reporty triangle.

Right now you have to PM a moderator about it (with a link to the image in question) as the yellow triangle is not fully integrated in the gallery system yet.

It is not as big a problem as the forums, as people who post images can delete comments on those images without moderator intervention, allowing them to keep their own galleries clean.
