Hey, I have a couple of sets of the republic grenadier legs http://www.anvilindustry.co.uk/Grenadier-Legs-Advancing and Unity Council Marine legs http://www.anvilindustry.co.uk/AFTERLIFE/Conversion-Parts/Marine-Legs-Advancing and they look great but I need some ideas of what they actually fit with?

The "problem" with them is that they're fairly large, and also have the belt sculpted in as part of the legs along with lots of great pouches and stuff. This rules out most GW torsos which usually have the belt as part of the torsos. For instance Cadian torsos give you a weird looking double-belt and also are a bit too small anyway.

Scion torsos look like they'd scale ok but you'd have to file off all the pouches to get them to fit which is a bit self defeating.

Has anyone used these in any conversions or do I need to wait for Anvil torsos to go with them? Are there any other third party torsos that successfully match with them?

Torsos and arms to go with all the afterlife legs that I have! Seriously, you list legs and heads under conversion bits but nothing to go beween them.

Could be torso and arms as one piece but in a way that you can substitute the weapon? I know you mentioned before that separate arms were tricky.

I think you might have missed mine in all the comments so I'll post it here again in case.

As in, torso with sculpted arms and stock.

@Anvils Hammer Sounds great, and thanks for the response. Looking forward to them.

I agree there are plenty of other "not guard" types already. Assuming the head is modular a headswap could probably go a long way to giving them your own character too.

If the arms and torso were one piece and the gun replaceable I'd be totally ok with that. Maybe some others with posable arms for more open poses like pointing, firing pistols etc,

Not sure if this has been asked before and I missed it. Will the new regiments components be compatible with the existing afterlife marine and grenadier legs that you already sell?

Joining the chorus on the plain vs goggle helmet. I too preferred the earlier render.

Happy with three too but the slit looks like fish lips to me and now I can't unsee it.

Victoria minis are quite slender. I'm interested in a comparison but I suspect these are maybe a little bit more chunky. Personally I find chunky legs with smaller body and arms looks a lot better than the other way around.

I'd like to see crested helmets similar to this style worn by the Bavarians as well as cavalry of many nations during the naloleonic wars.

I'd love to have some mounts for riders which aren't horses.

Anvil - any plan to bring back human scale bionics? I really liked your bionic legs and arms that you used to do.

This looks like good value as Patreons go and is well executed plus I like Anvil as a company and hope to see them do well. But I think there is already a bit of a saturation of Krieg-esque masked guards in greatcoats from a range of suppliers. Hopefully other months branch out into areas that are a bit more creative.
