Well I have decided to jump the fence and build a Space Wolf army for my brother, but due to money constraints, I have to repurpose some of my Primed and un-assembled SM stuff lying around.

I wanted to make a solid list to play for him, so I would like it if you could give some tips and tricks.

After reading over the codex, I think the list has promise, but I would like you guys to give me some advice.

So Logan is far too expensive. If you use him you need milk every drop of goodness from him.
Njah costs a few points as well.

No idea how your list will fare mostly you have expensive units. I am going to limit suggestions as you seem to have certain models you want to use.
Termies: I would keep power swords on the termies as they are cheap and should have two spare. Also you can two CMLs for the two squads.

I wouldn't give the longfangs meltaguns. Maybe a plasma gun for the squad with multimelta. Swap it to give 2PC 2ML MM and 2HB 1L 2ML.

If you took away the termies and HQs then you would have a good enough list. Termies are expensive for space wolves, usually you give some of them power armour to keep things cheap. Go for a Rune priest as a HQ.
