Can i use dark angels hooded helmets on my blood angels army?
just for cosmetic use.
was just wondering in-case there is special rules when it comes to things like this?

You can mix and match whatever aesthetics you want for your Marine army (or any army really) as long as you can tell what everything is and you only use one codex in any given game.

The only thing that matters is that the weapons and equipment they are modeled with match what on their army list, or if it's a count-as proxy, it's consistent and clear who has what. Other then that, man, they can have 2 heads each and wear the iconography of worshippers of sporks, if it pleases you.
OK: Army list of 10 marines with bolters. One has a heavy bolter. Modeled as: 2 headed marines with sporks. One marine's spork is heavier and longer.
Not OK: Army list of 10 marines with bolters. One has a heavy bolter. Modeled as 10 identical marines with bolters.

It's OK, I heard a rumor on BOLS that sporks are getting nerfed in 6th edition.

Restricted to Ladleknights, who can either use them as a 2 hander and get a bonus to AP, or take Ladlefists and re-roll failed wounds.
