Like with space marines, do they never fall back no matter what?

The SM rule 'And They Shall Know No Fear' is slightly different than Fearless. Fearless makes you pass morale tests. ATSKNF allows you to regroup in certain circumstances.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

They get special dispensation for being marines, despite the fact that there are better LD scores out there, to never be hit by sweeping advance.

If they break from combat and are caught they become fearless instead for that round of combat, due to the No Retreat rule.

Fearless models almost (there are a couple of very rare occasions) never fall back (as it's a morale check, and fearless troops are immune to all morale checks) , but if they lose combat they take a number of wounds equal to the amount they lost by, which you can then make saves against.
