Would a teleport homer work on an infantry unit with a Libby in termi armor? My LGS said it could be considered a grey area. I would like to run a termi Librarian in a sternguard squad and use the Gate of Infinity. Would they be able to utilize the homer. Thanks in advance for the feedback.

The unit isnt teleporting, only part of the unit is. So, no.

Also if you think GoI is "teleporting", youre wrong

No, simply because this is not considered teleporting when you read the warp gate power. I know fluff wise it seems the same, but when interpreting the rules, you need to take them as they are written (RAW). In this case it is a special form of movement, they are not being placed back in reserves. The Teleporter homer states that it only works if terminators teleport onto the table, (see terminator armor) teleporting is a special form of deep strike they can perform ONLY from reserve. So again, taking the gears RAW I would say no. Hope this helps...
