Hey all,
New to the site and to 40K and have a question about converting figs. I'm thinking of doing Space Marines of IG, but want to use some "non-standard' heads on the figures, changing SM helmets to Chaplin skull helmets and the like. Is there anything in the rules that say's the figures wouldn't be legal in tourney play?

Nope, you're good to go. If you want to give them all Catachan heads and have your chapter by The Emperor's Glorious Space Rambos you can go right on ahead. GW official events (of which there are few) might require you to have all your parts be GW parts, but other than that you're golden.
