Ok the thiefstone says that the item is stolen from anyone else (friend ir foe) who happens to carry it, but what if both have said item.
Does the ogre player choose do they both dissapear is it randomised?
The item dosen't say so its up to us to figure it out.

A general rule seems to be that the owning player decides.

I would go that both players lose it - after all, the item is stolen (check) and nothing prevents him having both items (check, its not list building time any longer) so this seems the easiest way to go

I would also say both get stolen. It doesn't say one or the other, just that the item is stolen.

I suggest you don't believe anything posted by thedarkavenger unless confirmed by other regular posters here at Dakka. He has shown he is incapable of basic English comprehension.

Both get stolen, although i wouldn't be surprised if they FAQ it to be the Ogre player decides(and as such only your enemy's item gets stolen)
