The Libby has a
JP. Without it, he would indeed be completely useless.
You are probably right, the
HG could use Plasma. But then, they cannot assault anymore afterwards... so I'll redefine their job to give
FNP and to shoot. Also increases their survivability.
Also, I agreed with my opponent to raise the level to 1100pts. ("Could we play 1100?" - "Do you really want that?" - "Not sure. Do you?" - "Yeah, let's do it")

I would then need to put them very much at the front then, I'm afraid the 36" range doesn't do much good otherwise...
