Hi Peeps!
Just a quick question:-
If Abbadon the Seriously Nasty was fighting hand to hand with someone like Logan Grimnar and scores a couple of hits on Logan - due to being an eternal warrior, would Logan need to make the required amount of hit-saves during the battle?
Also would the saves be invul termie armour saves due to Abbadon's father's talon?!

Why, does Abbadon cause Instadeath?
Cause either way, Logan takes saves if possible.

Well I was thinking that the Talon of Horus is strength 8 and Logan is Toughness 4 - does this not make it instant death?

Is Logan EW? Cause if so, then no. Logan keeps fighting.

Yes because the talon which is a daemon weapon and ignores armor saves.

Just to help you clear up the Instant Death thing - you only check for it after a model has been wounded and tried any saves it might be allowed ( Inv saves in your example due to the power weapon). Abaddon rolls to hit, Abaddon rolls to wound, Logan rolls his saves. If any unsaved wounds remain you apply Instant Death (and Logan ignores it due to EW).

Abbadon is widely believed to be a clone son of Horus, making Horus his father, which is what the OP was saying.
