We would like to take this opportunity to work with the Warmachine/Hordes Community to not only get together and compete, but to also make an impact for those less fortunate. Working with the Mt. Healthy Alliance, we will be accepting donations of the following items.
Canned & Non-Perishable Food
Tuna
Canned fruit
Deodorant
Toilet paper
Tooth paste
Shampoo
Dish Detergent
As a special way to thank the community, every participant can receive $1 off their tournament fee for each item they donate at entry, to a maximum of $5 off. Players are welcome to donate more, and every contribution is of great importance.
“Breaking the Rules”
At any point during a game, a player may donate a canned good to create an in-game effect. These canned goods are in addition to any canned goods that were donated for the registration fee. The following are the in-game effects that are generated by extra donations. For a full list detailing these, please go to
http://www.njsobs.com/foodmachine/foodmachinerules2011.html
The Introduction will be a period to let all of our players tell something about themselves, talk about their favorite games, what armies they play etc. etc. As this is a social game, we at Yottaquest feel it is important to know and respect your fellow participants as human beings and hobby enthusiasts. We will finish that up by making any announcements about the event and lead into Round 1. We will be using the Steamroller rules.
Closing Ceremony will consist of awarding prizes, as well as a period of Q&A for the beginning of our league, and about way’s we can improve our Warmachine/Hordes Tournaments.
Prizes for the tournament will be determined by the amount of participants. For every player in attendance, $10 In-Store Credit (ISC) is added to the prize support. For example if we have 16 players, then we will give away $160 ISC in prizes.
