Suggestions? Making this for a second army and perhaps to play in a doubles tourney along side a Space Wolves 1k point.
Oh and I chose Salamanders because all my marines are green. Trying to avoid major repaint/repurchase.

Personally I would take a librarian at 1k. Which would give you 90points to throw around. I understand that might take the salamander flavour away but it will prob work better at point levels where you cant spam hammers/meltas/flamers.

Also I think you are better off running the speeders as 3 individuals.

Perhaps make one tac squad up to 10, take a meltagun and ML, then combat squad them so one has the serg with combi/meltagun and razorback and the other with the ML can camp home objectives.

I wouldn't take Vulkan at this low points battle.
To give you the benefit of the doubt it may fit nicely with space wolves.
