on SS, you mean shining spears? on the charge, they count as pw. ALL OF THEM. But on the charge only, but they gain a strenght boost as well.
if you ment striking scorpions, then i dont get it, they DONT have pw at all - ok, the Exarch may have a scorpion claw aka powerfist.
not spirit stones, not singing spear...did i miss anything?
