Building up my wife's army what is a good 1k army for daemons. I assume 5 man squads of horrors with the bolt upgrade but what HQs and other choices are good?

For a cheap and effective HQ you can't go wrong with:

Tzeentch Herald - Bolt, Master of Sorcery, We Are Legion, Chariot

I'm personally not a fan of Horrors as they die very easily. Plague Bearers are about the only troops I use. I have the elites and heavy support options do the killing.
