There are some things you're gonna wanna change if you want this to work.

First off a Tactical squad cant take a heavy bolter and a missle launcher, if you want the seargent to do much in close combat i'd give him a power weapon, you really might wanna cut back on some of the points on the Rhinos, maybe take away the hunter missiles and extra armour and leave them bear or give them dozer blades, with Sternguard you really really really dont want to get rid of their bolters because their special ammunition is what makes them, so drop the storm bolters and if you want them to have meltas just give them combi-meltas so they still have the special ammo, you really dont need extra armour on the predator, and why not give the scout seargent a sniper also.

These are just my personal opinions

I would give one tactical squad melta, combimelta and maybe even powerfist. So it tank hunt and maybe even monster calming.

Assault squads are bad. The only four units I trust, or I feel you should expect to do well, in cc: assault termies, honour guard, venguard, command squad on bikes.
Your squad will not even do so well if they charge into one of your tactical squads.

Serg. needs a bolter and then the lighting claw. The lighting claw doesn't get the +1 attack anyway.
I would make this squad bigger. I would give them 4 combimeltas so you can make sure you kill that tank.

The landraider isn't doing so much for you, maybe take 2 more preds instead.

I have a soft spot for the chapter master but that doesn't make him a good choice. You want a captain instead.

It' starting to look much better man

But the only things i would change are, since the Assault squad is so small i would probably replace the powerfist with a power weapon, it will do most damage against infantry. Your Rhinos should only be 70 points total, unless you're giving them a second storm bolter each which really isnt worth it, the 20 points could be better used else where. You dont really need the teleport homer, you dont have many deep striking and the locator beacon should be enough. Also the Tactical squad with the power axe should be 190pts not 175pts.

So if you do that it should leave you with 30 points left. With those points you could give the other Tactical squad a power weapon and swich out the Chapter Masters power weapon for that s6 power weapon (cant think of what its called right now lol). Or give the other Tactical squad a power fist, and give the Assault squad a flamer.

I'm a bit late to the party, but I strongly suggest you not take Assault Marines in a Space Marine list. They work well as Blood Angels, but not out of the standard SM codex.

Scouts aren't the best either, so one option would would dropping both to take a third Tactical Squad. You could also consider keeping the Scouts, and taking a Dreadnought with two TL Autocannons.

A Librarian would be much, much better than the Chapter Master, but if you like the model or something, go crazy.

I was thinking about droping the Assult squad and replacing them with a dred but I was still wanted to keep my scouts because the are my seekers for taking out key units before the rest of my army comes up. The dred is also cheeper so i might just have to go with that and still use the drop pod.

The plural of Hund is Hunde, not Hunden, except in the dative.

Germans also tend to combine adjectives with nouns so maybe Teufelhunde would be suitable.

As far as the list, I second the anti-scout and anti-assault squad motions. Scouts particularly suck.

The cool kids often split tactical marines into combat squads and put one of them in a las-plas Razorback. I highly recommend this procedure.

Thanks for that correction, and I have made a a few updates to my list I kept the scouts because in my few battles I found them very useful. But the assult squad I droped and added a Drednought with multi-melta and close combat arm with heavy flamer.

Hi, also I use scouts with snipers if there is objective in my deploy zone, they are good on this role and even can support my troops. Drop Assault squad and take maybe more sterns or dread, put your stern combimeltas - yiou have for so rest with combi flamers and put them into land raider with HQ, as HQ on 1500pts librarian and Motf or Chaplain are very good, in this size of army you need more support HQ then rockstar, or take vulkan as HQ, you have many meltas and flamers in your list.
DRop extra stormbolters from rhinos. You have speeders and sterns as impact units so mabe some support is good. Drop extra armor from LRC, take MM instead, if you will have some points take Rifle dread as fir support to your pred.
Hope maybe you find some things that help you.
