Subject: What Space Marine chapter has the Most Fun?
Having just read Prospero Burns and Thousand Sons it seems to me that the Space Wolves (Vlka Fenryka) are having the most fun while still doing everything else needed of them.
The more Monastic styled chapters seem to me to have far less.
Thoughts and Opinions welcome.

Marines shouldn't have fun. They're genetically altered killing machines that fight humanity's greatest foes and terrible nightmares. Marines don't have fun the way you and I have fun.

Yeah, the wolves are the funnest chapter out there. They eat and drink and sing and cleanse and purge and kill all in the same time.

The Emperor doesn't have a GKs unshakable faith in the Emperor which is....basically himself?

Space Wolves don't follow the codex so they have a lot more leeway with what they can do during down time.
Reading the Space Wolves omnibus it seems like they got to feast whenever they returned to the Fang.

Don't read the Space Wolves Omnibus. I'd like to think that contrary to what those books portray, its not all feasting and fart jokes for the sons of Russ. Id consider a more accurate picture of the Wolves to be the one painted in Prospero Burns. Much more grimdark (and thus much better and more appropriate)
As someone above said; Marines shouldn't have fun. It's not what they do. Between constant training, prayer and meditation, they shouldn't have time for recreational pursuits. The more philosophically 'laid back' chapters are no less disciplined than the hard line puritans.
Marines don't think its 'cool' to be a Space Marine. They see it as an honour & a duty to uphold. They're mentally conditioned like that.
