The points are strange the usual constraints are 500P and 750P. Any reason you need 660P and If so you'd need to shave 3P off.

Ditch the plasma pistols. Combi-weapons (meltas in particular) will generally bring more to the table, cheaper, and the powerfist sergeant cannot get the second attack. Switch out the heavy bolter for just about any other heavy weapon. The rest is more or less OK.
