Ok, as the title says? Which list is more competetive?

Can't comment on B.T but the Angel list is looking alright. Not a fan of the Libby Dreadnought because it might not be able to fly forward. Get another Librarian instead and at least you can keep up with your force.

Both are good.

I would go for a marshal for BT to give ld 10 to everyone. This will be worth it for this size of army.

Actually I would consider slightly different razorbacks depending on how you intend to play. The current set up is the most flexible.

I would think the BT list is better cause it has so much more firepower. 21 missiles (9 being str9), 13 lascannons (1 being str10), 3 autocannons, and 6 PG.

I've been playing BA for along time. But not BT.
So my comments are for you BA list only!

The list looks solid.
But I'd change a few things.

Drop the 3 Vindicators and take some Predators there.
They are more reliable than scatter weapons.
That leaves you with a few points spare to add Power Weapons into your assaul sqauds.
The LIbrarian dreadnought is great to have!
I use one in my army.
But for this list leave it out and take 2 squads of 3 preists..... that means 1 to each assault squad in a transport!
So there you have an army with FNP, power weapons incase they get bogged down against a heavy target, and predators for reliability!

With what I've suggested I'd go for the BA list then!
You have fast moving razorbacks with lascannons!
So get them forward together, try and pop as much armour as you can then bail out soon as your in charge range, ragardless of how much armour is left. Let your opponent worry about that. You'll either lose a vehicle or a squad. Remember to get your red thirst units at the front!

The predators i suggested should be kitted out with just auto cannons.! Cheap anti-infantry at from armour 13 is always a win!

Just auto cannons on the press seem a waste. Auto cannon's arnent even great anti-infantry weapons.

I dont have the codex handy but cant you only take 1 cyclone missile launcher per 5 terminators? In your BT list you have them with 2 for a 5 man squad.

BT can take 2 cyclones with only 5 guys
