OK so this is a landspeeder ravenwing army.

I would make it that 2 meltas or 2 plasmas in any squad. That way you can choose your targets.
I would not give meltabombs, you do not want to get that close to the enemy, ever.

Maybe you should consider what you army would look like and how it would perform without the landspeeders. If you went for 3 man bike squads then you could take more special weapons and more attack bikes. Also you would have virtually all your army scouting or outflanking.
I think typhoons are much, much better value than the landspeeders you are going for at the moment. How many scoring units do you need?

Ravenwing is all about tactical play if you think you can outmanoeuvre the enemy and deliver the hurt then you should keep the list.
