They should make a sequel to Fire Warrior

I'm obsessed with Tau and the book Fire Warrior. I liked the book so much that I think they should make a sequel to the book as a tribute to Kais kicking so much ass. It doesn't even need to be about Kais (I would even be down with a new main character). Does anyone know any rumors about another Fire Warrior book coming out soon? Or possibly direct me to any book that mentions Tau?

This doesn't seem to be either news or a rumor. This forum is really only for announcing stuff and discussing what's been announced.

I suggest you start a thread in 40k discussions asking about Tau books (I don't know of any, myself, but I don't read much Black Library), and perhaps an additional one in Video Games asking about a Fire Warrior sequel (which I have not heard of and deem unlikely).

Generally while I can understand why most dislike, no detest Fire Warrior I did rather enjoy it.

The bolters in are much better that the ones in Space Marine for example.

That said let Fire Warrior rest in piece, even fir it's day it was pretty unremarkable.

Now Final Liberation 2: Now with 50% extra epic, that would be a sequel I could back.

IIRC, There was a rumor than a new writer for BL started work on the Sequel novel to Fire Warrior last year.

How did you work that one out the bolters in FW fired like a repeating shotgun not a fully automatic weapon.

The bolter in Fire Warrior was like a rocket launcher. It, like everything in that game, was goofy as hell.

The best you can do for now is just play Dawn of War: Dark Crusade and play as the Tau there. The Firestorm Over Kronus mod adds a lot to the game to make it closer to codex, and with it has a lot of Tau stuff to play with.
