Quick question

When the Parasite spawns Ripper Swarms, do these count as kill points units?

Spore Mines don't count for objective control/usage
Termagants from a Tervigon can be controlled if you don't want them (kill points)
So wouldn't the Parasite be helping the opposition by giving them easy killings?

They are separate units, so are Kill Points.
