Hello all,

Just a quick question:

How does one go about removing an ork shoota from a boyz hand? I want to kustomize a squad using Kromlech bitz (specifically the Orc War 2 British weapons pack)

Thanks

Removing Ork weapons (any weapon actually) is a pretty easy process.

Ok, so you have your Ork fella:

Before you assemble, you'll wanna take the arm thats holding the shoota and do some amputation, do this by taking an exacto knife and slicing off most of the front of the gun.

Next, you'll want to do some clipping. If you think you may clip a little extra off, use an exacto knife and slice.

Finally, you'll want to sand the top of the hand down, so that your new weapon can rest nicely on the hand. You'll prolly have to clip off the handle fo the new weapon for it to fit on, if they included it. If all works out well, the trigger finger, as well as the guard, will line up perfectly with the new weapon.

Hopefully this helps!

Go on ebay and get some 3rd edition plastic boy shoot arms. The shoota was not attached to the trigger hand in 3rd edition and there are literally hundreds of bags of shoota arms from 3rd edition as shootas sucked back then.

No fuss, no muss.

Thanks! I look forward to seeing the finished product! Did you also get the WWII style Ork heads for your Shootas?

I plan to, yeah, along with some running and kneeling legs, which will look pretty cool...hopefully XD Going to use a lot of the kromlech kits, as they're quite cheap and pretty awesome, I'll be sure to put up pics
