Can a dreadnought be a psyker if they say, put a badly wounded librarian into one?

the only psyker dreads I ahve ever heard of are the GK ones...

Blood Angels have them check them up.

Depends on your sources, I suppose. Some of the newer books and such state that Librarians are never interred into Dreads.

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised.

The Blood Angels Chapter has interred five librarians in Furioso Dreadnoughts, fully half the number of these ancient relics in their possession. Few others seem comfortable with the idea, except the GK.

Much rage has surrounded the blood angels ones. I'm surprised you haven't heard of them already.

I've never read the BA codex...but why are people against psyker dreads?

They have access to all the BA psyker powers. Including Wings of Sanguinus. Flying Librarian Dreadnoughts. Personally, I don't see what all the fuss is about, its not all THAT game breaking, and isn't as ridiculous as people make it out to be.

Ahh, so they get the same thing as if you were to talk a librarian, except they have the stats of a dread....doesn't seem to far fetched as fluff goes, as for the TT

I think you'll find it's the newer books that state they are interred in dreadnoughts...

One of the new FFG books, I want to say Black Crusade, but it might be another Marine-centric publication, states that Librarians are never placed into Dreads, if memory serves.

I haven't read it cover to cover yet, but another guy in my DH group has picked it up, and has been raving about it for awhile (I am sure he wants to play a Chaos crusade, but... I digress) now, and this was something I remember him mentioning specifically.

As much as I love FFG, I'm going to take GW stuff as true over them.

Could also be that Libbys are not put into dreads any more.

I always felt the Black Templars should be able to take an Emperors Champion Dreadnought.

meh, dreadnoughts usually were great heros of their chapters. There's no saying many of the Templars' dreads weren't Emperor's Champions in their day.

IIRC, a templar receives a vision of the emperor on the eve of battle and after telling a chaplain he recieves the armor and weapon making him the Emperor's Champion. As far as i know normal dreadnoughts or rather ones that aren't really that old aren't kept in a stasis sleep so if they do function normally they could recieve visions...
it would be pretty badass i must say.

on topic, blood angels have librarian dreadnoughts. that plus better psychic powers are why i'm building a blood ravens army using the Blood angels codex.

You love it you slags!
