Hey everyone I was hoping if you guys can check out my imperial guard list and let me know what I could change or if its good enough for a game..

Drop the 27 points off of the CCS (Stubber, PW, MB, BP) and drop that searchlight to effectivily give you 30pts. Drop the SWS (50pts) and change your PCS to 4x flamers and put them in the Vendetta. Get a AC HWS for 75pts and throw a melta bomb on your PCS. Or you can blob up your two PIS together and get a Commissar, 3x PWs, a melta bomb, and upgrade the two GLs to melta guns for 80pts.
To be frank, I am not sure why your not going all melta vets in Chimeras (which should have hull heavy flamers) and I am not sure what the Platoon is giving you. A second Vendetta would also help as the lone one kinda stands out, specially as your lone long range AT source. If you drop the Platoon and the Sentinals (pluse the cuts I mentioned above) and you would have 320pts. That is two more Melta Vet squads in Chimeras with 10pts left over to give your Plasma Vets a AC.

Well this list i was trying to make it more of a hybrid but its my fault for now making it pretty clear from very beginning.. but thanks for the advice

The list isn't bad. Still, drop all of the junk: Bolt pistols, stubbers and search lights. I'd drop the SWS and instead give the PCS flamers and put them in the Vendetta. With the points you can squeeze in a commissar with a power weapon into one of your PIS or something. Also scout sentinels with acs are only 40 points.

NP... Hybreds are hard to do because your kinda making two lists for half of the points. The reason why mech works is because it is effectivily a hoard list. You just can't kill enough of the Chimeras before it gets in range with the meltas/plasmas tear things up. The lower the points you go, the fewer Chimeras you have, and your effectivily spending 625pts on Mech and to be frank it shows (thus my suggestions).
This list/idea would work sooo much better at 1850pts or 2000pts. Then you could have a Artillery with a bubble wrap blob and HWSs giving your LRBTs and Chimeras cover.

Yeah i kinda see how it would work better at bigger games but i dont got that much much stuff yet since im still kinda new at the game but anyways i updated my list.. also i got another question how are the commissar best used cause like i said im kinda new lol..and do you only need one for the blob or do you have to have one each for infantry squad ???

Looks good. In this situation the commissar makes them stay where they are. Too bad there wasn't an extra 10 points to give him a power weapon. I suppose exchange the PIS melta for gl or flamers to get it. Then the unit also becomes pretty decent cc. Just the one commissar will do for the 2 squad blob.

Yeah the list should win its share of games. As stated above the hybrid build is a little more difficult to run than others. There should be some threads around about tactics to use. Still, nothing beats just playing playing playing. Just be sure to play tens of games to get used to the list. Once you do that start to think about changing it to suit your areas meta as well as tactics that suit your playstyle.

This is all really general. Best thing is to just play a bunch of games.
Use your LRBT as an AR14 wall and drive up your melta vets behind it. Once the battle cannons and lascannons have messed things up a bit the mechanized troops can pop around and clean up whats left. Once you see a target for that 4 flamer PCS don't be afraid to turbo boost the vendetta forward to drop them off. Technically you could outflank them too but it has to move 6+ onto the board so it cant fire all its lascannons. But if it can drop the flamers to a good spot thats fine too. Try out both. Don't expect too much from the blob squad. At range they are sending out 4 Str7 SP4 shots. Not bad but not good either. Just keep them sitting on your closest objective. Either outflank your sentinels or send them down a flank. Try both, either way you want to get side and rear armour shots. I really like sentinels against vindis and preds but hit anything av10-av11. Leave av12+ to the vendetta and melta vets. If worse comes to worse hit armour with your LRBT. They are still ordnance.
