Is there somewhere I can find these rules? I was looking on the GW site, and the white dwarf is no longer for sale. Could somebody maybe send me a link to where I could read up on it?

Rules are in the WD only, so buy one ... ooops, sold out within a week. Sorry.
But we won't post the rules on the website. We want you to buy the WD.

But chances are that the Terrorgheist will have official rules in the new Vampire army book rumoured to be released in January.

They but it up on the website soon enough when they figure out that they'll stop selling.

Like Kroothawk said, the new Vampire Counts book is coming in January by all reliable accounts.

The Terrorgheist is almost guaranteed to be within.

Hint:

Its a mount when the vamp is a Ghoulkin, and is 225 points.

How can there be a new VC book already? Is the current one that old?

The age is irrelevant when the new edition pretty much 'broke' the book.
