My thinking on this is that it isn't affected by The Aegis / Reinforced Aegis, since it's an aura debuff without a specific target. Do you agree? If you don't, how do you handle the situation where there are two units of Grey Knights within 12", one of which has the protection of Reinforced Aegis, and one of which does not?
