I'm thinking about running this list. I was wondering if someone familiar with Jetbike councils could give me some tips on what not to do with them. I know they're pretty destructive... but what are their weaknesses? Also... I have 18 points that I'm not sure where to spend.

A cave, deep in the Misty Mountains

Pathfinders- lose them. The only foot slogging unit in your list and also incidentally the least reliable troop unit. Doesn't fit in with the list at all.

With 138 points, you can 6 guardian jetbikes, which would do much better than the pathfinders.

Why two times embolden and enhance? Their effects don't add on to each other.
Why doom on the farseer? You wound on a 2+ with witchblades anyway, I would witch for guide. You should also think about runes of warding.

I'm not sure about ML on your dragons' serpents. With two fire prisms and 10 dragons, that's some good anti tank already. I would get shurikannons or scatter lasers.

With the points you can save there, especially if you take a smaller squad of GJB, you can get some destructors on your jetlocks, and maybe buy a jetbike for your farseer...

I agree that pathfinders are very vulnerable. Lose them. On the serpent squads, most people would take the cheapo weapons on the fire dragons' transports (because they will be moving flat out on the first turn usually, and are a very high priority target for most enemies) and the longer-range guns on the DA transports.

I'm not sure it's such a good idea to take 2 expensive farseers when there really isn't too much else in your list. As it is the warlock unit needs fortune and I don't see too much utility for the other powers you're paying so much for. The standard farseer doesn't appear to have a jetbike, I hope that's just an error. I would not take eldrad, and I would just give a jetbike farseer both runes and the fortune power. Then you could get some more mechanised units.

Most players either take full DA units with bladestorm, or minimum units who just stay in the tanks until the very end of the game (or all the way through). 8 models with no upgrades is neither here nor there, they are costly but don't have the power to really destroy anything in one turn of disembarked shooting.

I wouldn't take holofields on fire prisms until you have plenty of vehicles on the field already.
