I think he wants to know why Chaos Marines have ammo belts for their bolters and not clips.

It's mostly because Chaos Marines are more independent,they fix their equipment themselves,so they have alot of make-shift repairs.

They have ammo belts to strangle their foes with them.

If you're asking about the ammo clips, then its because CSM:s loot a lot, so they must improvise when building stuff. And they look a lot cooler. But the rest of your problem...

So, here's a tip: If you are going to try to make a point as a discussion starter, make it intelligible. Otherwise, the 'discussion' just winds up being people poking fun as a result of their inability to understand what you're talking about, and then a cranky moderator who's still on his first coffee of the morning comes along and gives everybody a warning for clogging up the forum with pointless spam.

Luckily, I'm halfway through my second cup, so this one just earns a lock, instead.
