We are about to start play testing the scenarios we've come up for this campaign, this should take two months, in the meantime I am trying to get fluff on the current state of cadia and its system.

So far I need but haven't found:
Maps of Cadia,
Maps of the surrounding planets (listed here http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Cadian_System#.Tpm-6M0TA_0),

Lists of troops currently stationed nearby,
Lists of of troops on left behind by chaos forces.

If nothing can be found i'll start writing and drawing, but i'm fairly sure that someone will know these kinds of things.

have you any idea what this map is from (white dwarf/obscure gw publication)

I'm sure that there were GW maps of Cadia but have no idea where they were published!

Google Images. I'm not really sure if the source is GW based, but take what you can right?

Battlefleet Gothic, in their campaign section, has a system map of Cadia. There you can see the other planets and their designations: Hive, Forge, Feral, etc. Don't have it in front of me, but it is there.

To be a bit more specific, it'd be in the second book (Armada) for BFG. And the PDFs can be found on GW website.
